North Rim view from the lodge

The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is equally as scenic as the South Rim, but it's less visited. There are several hiking trails from which you can witness the dramatic beauty as well as view points and overlooks to which you can drive.

The North Rim and its facilities, having a much higher elevation, are only open roughly between May and November only. The South Rim is open year-round.
